All stationery purchased from MyBigDay.com is individually handmade and, for this reason, they may vary slightly from one example to another. Also, please note that colours may vary slightly from their appearance on our website or brochure
If you are not completely satisfied with any product bought from MyBigDay.com, simply return it to MyBigDay.com within 7 days of delivery, unused, in the original packaging. MyBigDay.com will then either offer you an exchange or a full refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
All personalised stationery is excluded from our standard returns policy and can only be returned within 7 days if faulty.
Cancellation of Order
You have a right, under the Distance Selling Regulations, to cancel your order for any reason. This does not apply to all personalised stationery or any articles your have received which have been removed from their original packaging.
Whilst MyBigDay.com will endeavour to complete all orders withing 5 working days, all products are handmade and subject to availability. Therefore, any out of stock components will delay your order; we will of course notify you of any delays.
Damage in Transit
Should there be any damage to the delivered goods, details must be noted on any delivery documentation that may come with your order, it will be your responsibility to inform us within 24 hours.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not use the item.
